A description of traditional information system planning methods and business process redesigning are firstly given and analysed the problems that exist in traditional method. The business process-- focused design method steps are brought up and at last the advantages of this method are explained. In the end, a commerce information system of a logistic company designed validates the effectiveness of this method.
