Interpreted languages have become increasingly popular due to the demand for easy of use, portability and safety. This paper designs a 4GL language for development environment and implement a stack-virtual machine from application development perspectives. Moreover, this thesis also makes some exploration and research on the relevant techniques of compiling and interpreting system.
