The method of implementing the Intelligent Voice Message Terminal Equipment is dissertated. The core of this equipment is the EM78806A singlechip. It implements the function of communication and autocontrol between telephones and the Voice Message Centre through the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network). The equipment's structure, working principle, and the program design are introduced.
