    摘要:

    针对开口型双曲面筒体混凝土结构施工的难点,在充分分析结构特点的基础上,以钢丝绳为主对筒体模架系统进行空间定位,以对拉形式形成自平衡的模板无支撑“伞状”受力体系,提出并应用了无支撑模板搭设施工技术。以典型筒体施工为例,对施工过程进行了有限元模拟分析,在多方案研究分析的基础上,提出了最优方案,验证了该施工技术的可行性,为开口型双曲面筒体混凝土结构的顺利施工提供了理论指导。工程实践表明,该施工技术安全可靠,具有较好的综合效益,可为类似工程提供参考经验。

    Abstract:

    To overcome the difficulty of constructing open type hyperbolica tube concrete structures, a self-balanced "umbrella" force bearing system based on the analysis of the structure characteristics is applied by mainly tensioning the steel wire ropes symmetrically to fix the position of the shuttering of the tubes, and the new construction method with unbraced system for shuttering construction is proposed and applied. The construction process of a typical tube structure was simulated and analyzed using finite element method (FEM) . The optimal scheme was proposed based on the study and andanalysis of multiple schemes. These verified the feasibility of the open type tube construction and served as the theoretical basis for the successful tube construction. The practice demonstrated that the construction method is safe and reliable with good comprehensive benefits, which can provide reference experience for similar projects.
