WebSphere Message Queue (MQ) is a kind of Message Oriedted Middleware(MOM) between applications and networks which is developed by IMB Corp. It provides programming interfaces of simple use, common and consistent application across different platforms. The basic concept, principle, usage and advantages of IBM WedSphere MQ are analysed and its applications in China Tobacco Production and Management Supervise System. It also gives a design mode of data transfer platform based on MOM.
