The product BOM data is used and processed in the product lifecycle, and is the bridge of data integration among enterprise applications. BOM multi-view mapping is the key factor of enterprise integration and is the difficult problem. XML has many advantages and is very fit to express BOM. With this method, BOM can be stored and passed between different systems and multi-view mapping is easy to be processed. A solution on EBOM to MBOM is given and a new promising way of application systems is provided.
