    摘要:

    在系统分析装备维修保障系统效能各影响要素的基础上,构建了维修保障系统效能评估指标体系.应用BP神经网络的理论和方法,建立了维修保障系统效能评估的神经网络模型;给出了应用特尔菲法与模糊层次分析法相结合确定各指标权重而构造神经网络训练样本的方法。最后进行了实例分析,结果表明该模型可较好地克服人为因素和模糊随机性的影响,具有很高的可信度。

    Abstract:

    The effectiveness evaluation index system on the basis of system analysis of the elements which influences the effectiveness of Equipment Maintenance Support System is put forward. Using the theory and method of artificial neural network and BP network, establishes the model of effectiveness of Equipment Maintenance Support System based on BP neural networks is established. Furthermore, the method of constructing training samples by using the theory of Delphi and Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process is introduced. Finally, the model is confirmed through an example. The results show that the model can greatly surmount the influence of artificial factors and fuzzy randomness, make the evaluating results more reasonable and creditable.
