    摘要:

    传统恒压控制系统的供水管网能耗大、控制精度差、设备损耗快、对电网要求高。随着变频技术的发展与应用,各种大功率、耐高压器件的相继出现,变频恒压系统已成为供水管网恒压控制系统的主流,而PLC技术的发展使其在控制系统中得到了广泛应用。用PLC和变频器协同工作,建设了莆田市供水公司的恒压供水系统。详细介绍了系统组成和PLC的控制程序,实践证明了系统的先进性与稳定性。

    Abstract:

    Control system of conventional constant pressure applied in water supply network is large energy and quick equipment wasting with low precision as well as the demanding high condition on the power grid. Along the development and application of frequency conversion technology, the control system of conventional constant pressure is becoming the mainstream of constant pressure control system in water supply network. PLC is widely used in these control systems for its high speed development. The application of PLC in the frequency conversion and speed adjustment water supply is presented.
