In the WWW, in order to get more and better Web Service, an efficient service discovering mechanism is should provided. The Web service efficiently is discovered. A kind of reasonable service matching model is provided. The shortage of the traditional industrial standard UDDI is pointed out. The new mechanism overcome the traditional UDDI shortage on the matching ability through joining the ontology and describing logic, and complete to realize particular service advanced function. Function of each matching model is discussed, meanwhile, a method is proposed of creating ontologv based on OWL.
