Changing of adhesive force,micro- hardness and abrasion resistance of the nano- SiO2 particles coating composite with the addition contents of nano- SiO2 particles was investigated, and comparison with micro- SiO2 particles coating composite and traditional coating composite was also studied. It was shown that comparing with micro- SiO2 particles coating composite and traditional coating composite, the adhesive force of the coating with dispersed nano- SiO2 particles,the micro- hardness of nano- SiO2 particles considerablly increased while the abrasion resistance changed small. It indicated that the adhesive force and the micro- hardness may be used as the assessment parameters of nano- SiO2 particles coating composite.
