The nursing factors are detected which infect allogeneic peripheral blood haematopoietic stem cell infusion in ABO-major incompatible transplantation or ABO-minor incompatible transplantation. Clinical investigation and nursing analysis were administrated to 20 patients receiving allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplantation (Allo-PBSCT) with ABO-incompatible donors. Intensive prognostic methods were given before and after infusion and during the courses. It is resulted that allogeneic peripheral blood stem cells were successfully infused to all patients with ABO-incompatible donors and haematopoiesis reconstitution was completely obtained. It is conclused that clinical investigation of nurses and nursing level play key roles in peripheral blood stem cell infusion in patients receiving allo-transplatatation with ABO-incompatible donors.
