Abstract:Four isoenzymes among the seeds of Larix gmelini(Rupr.) from Aershan(L1) and Genhe(L2), L. principis-rupprechtii Mayr.(L3)and L. olgensis Henry(L4)were analysed by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The results showed that the isoenzymes of POD, EST, SOD and AMY in four samples wer all polymorphic. The mumber of the isoenzymes bands showed following tendency:L2>L4>L1>L3 . To extent of evolution, L. principis-rupprechtii is more original, L. olgensis is medial and L. gmelini from Genhe belonged to the type of evolution. The result of cluster analysis showed that L. olgensis had a closer relationship with L. principis-rupprechtii, and had a further relationship with L. gmelini. L. principis-rupprechtii had relatively close relationship with L. gmelini and L. olgensis.
