Based on the traditional pharmaceutical cold-chain logistics distribution model, considering the influence of road traffic conditions on the optimal path of the model, a distribution model with comprehensive cost as the objective function was established. Through a numerical example, the ant colony algorithm is used to solve the distribution model considering road traffic conditions and the distribution model without considering road traffic conditions, and the solution results are compared and analyzed. The results show that the optimal path obtained by the distribution model considering road conditions is better than that obtained by the distribution model without considering road conditions. The comprehensive cost is reduced by 11.96%. The pharmaceutical cold-chain logistics distribution model considering road conditions has greater practical significance.
