Objective: to study the correlation between the scores of FMS and the special scores of the women"s 50-meter caliber rifle athletes in the Chinese shooting team, so as to provide reference for the development of the special physical training program. Methods: a total of 7 women"s 50-meter rifle players were selected from the preliminary team preparing for the Tokyo Olympic Games and the team preparing for the 2019 putian World Cup finals. Spss21.0 was used to analyze the Pearson coefficient between FMS scores of 7 athletes and team assessment results in November. Results: the women"s 50 m caliber rifle FMS squats in the testing project and with a good ten ring existed significant positive correlation (P<0.05), the shoulder joint flexibility test very significant negative correlation with the average number of ring (P<0.01), on active straight leg knee with a good ten ring there is significant positive correlation (P<0.01), there is rotational stability test exists very significant positive correlation (P<0.01), other indexes had no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusions :1)for women"s 50-meter rifle athletes should improve hip joint flexibility and shoulder joint stability. ; 2)to improve the static maintenance ability of standing on the horizontal plane, sagittal plane and coronal plane of women"s 50-meter caliber rifle athletes, which is helpful to improve the probability of the occurrence of good ten rings.
