A new prediction method(Direction Prediction) based on the GM(1,1)model of Grey Theory is presented for-ward.It is applicated on Combining Prediction then got the optimization resolution through adjusting coefficient cf CombiningPrediction by using Genetic Algorithm.The instance showed theory is corrected.The algorithms are effective.
