To study medical insurance system reform for government employees and workers,to evaluate the effect of medical insurance policy,the theory of microsimulation model and simulation technique is used to constructe microsimulation model on medical insurance.On the basis of microsimulation model,one could study process of employees' hospitalizing action,and probe into optimized medical insurance scheme.
