    摘要:

    针对工作面煤层坚硬夹矸预裂问题,结合小保当煤矿112201超长综采工作面局部出现的大范围硬岩夹矸层,突破了单一煤层预裂技术手段的局限性,提出“气-液-酸”综合作用于煤层的夹矸预裂技术,含高压水射流割缝技术、二氧化碳预裂技术及酸液软化技术。通过对“气-液-酸”综合预裂技术的原理及工艺进行研究,确定了高压水射流割缝工艺、二氧化碳预裂及酸液软化工艺,设计了350m长工作面局部大范围硬岩夹矸的“气-液-酸”综合预裂试验方案。现场试验结果表明:方案实施后,采煤机截割效率及日产能明显提高,截齿消耗量大幅下降,日产能达到4万吨,较方案实施前提高了35%,吨煤截齿消耗量下降到40个,下降幅度达到50%,吨煤油脂消耗量降低了29.4%。该破碎过程由高压水射流割缝-气体爆破-酸液软化按一定工艺组成,具有定向作用,破碎网络可控性好,对工作面煤层顶底板免扰动,保证了综采面的安全及截割效率。为工作面煤层坚硬夹矸预裂提供了一种新的技术手段。

    Abstract:

    According to the problem of hard dirt band pre-splitting in the coal seam of the working face, combined with the large range of hard dirt band strata locally occurring in the 112201 ultra-long fully mechanized mining face of xiaobaotang coal mine,breakthrough the limitation of single coal seam pre-splitting technology, proposed a new technique of pre-splitting hard dirt band in coal seam under the combined action of “gas - liquid – acid”, including high pressure water jet cutting technology, carbon dioxide pre-splitting and acid softening technology. By studying the principle and technology of gas-liquid-acid comprehensive pre-splitting technology, the high pressure water jet slotting technology, carbon dioxide pre-splitting and acid softening technology were determined, a gas-liquid-acid pre-splitting test scheme for local and large range of hard dirt band in 350m long working face is designed.field test results show: after the implementation of the scheme, the cutting efficiency and daily production capacity of the shearer were significantly improved, and the consumption of cutting teeth was greatly reduced, the capacity reached 40,000 tons per day, a 35% increase from before the scheme, consumption of coal teeth per ton fell to 40 with a 50% drop, oil consumption per ton of coal decreased by 29.4%. The crushing process is composed of high pressure water jet slot-gas blasting and acid-liquid softening according to a certain process, which has a directional effect, good controllability of crushing network, and no disturbance to the roof and floor of coal seam of working face, ensuring the safety and cutting efficiency of fully mechanized mining face. It provides a new technical method for the hard dirt band pre-splitting in the coal seam of the working face.
