Abstract:In order to study the remediation effects of Bacillus pasteurella, biochar and combination of Bacillus pasteurlla and biochar on chromium contaminated soil, by leaching test, Cr(VI) residual value test and BCR continuous extraction test. the results showed that the above additives could repair the chromium-contaminated soil after 20d restoration.but the remediation effect of the combination of bacterial solution and biochar was better than that of bacterial solution and biochar, and the remediation effect of bacterial solution was better than that of biochar; Among them, after the bacteria concentration of 1.0 and biochar of 40g/kg were treated, the leach concentration and Cr(VI) concent in soil were the best. the leach concentration and Cr(VI) content in the soil were reduced from 90 mg?L-1 and 270 mg?kg-1 to 1.08mg/L and 5.14mg/kg, At the same time, the three additives increased the pH of soil, promoted the transformation of chromium from weak acid state to reducible state and residual state, but had little effect on the oxidizable state of chromium; according to the analysis of XPS the mechanism of the combined of remediation of chromium contaminated soil by bacillus pasteuris and biochar is a process of mixed adsorption and reduction.
