    本文为了增加某高原重载车采用的机械增压器流量,提出了一种叶轮改型设计方法。该方法将叶轮叶片型线沿流动方向分为两段,靠进口的一段保持不变,靠出口的一段则根据叶片出口角度,将叶片扭转角度作为均布载荷,保证在叶轮径向方向上,叶轮型线的几何角度增加速度相等。利用该方法,本文完成了不同叶片出口角的叶轮设计,并建立了有限元计算模型。计算结果表明,当增大叶片出口角度,机械增压器流量会显著提高,但是当出口角度大于90°,流量增加不明显,且压比对流量变化很敏感,叶片载荷增加。

    Abstract:

    In order to increase the flow rate of the supercharger used in a plateau heavy-duty vehicle, a method of impeller design is presented. In this method, the impeller blade profile is divided into two sections along the flow direction. The section at the inlet remains unchanged, while the section at the outlet takes the blade torsion angle as the uniform load according to the blade outlet Angle, so as to ensure that the geometric Angle of the impeller profile increases at the same speed in the radial direction of the impeller. Using this method, the impeller design of different blade outlet angles is completed, and the finite element model is established. The calculation results show that when the blade outlet Angle is increased, the flow rate of the supercharger will increase significantly, but when the outlet angle is greater than 90°, the flow rate increase is not obvious, and the pressure ratio is very sensitive to the flow rate change, also the blade load increases.
