    摘要:

    不同形式的参数化曲线由于曲率特征不同,使得构造的压气机二维叶型几何存在差异,进而影响压气机叶片气动性能。本文针对二维叶型MAN GHH 1-S1,分别采用贝塞尔曲线、多项式曲线、曲率积分曲线构造叶型中弧线,并通过数值模拟,讨论中弧线参数化曲线形式对叶栅性能的影响规律。研究结果表明,曲率积分方案的改型叶栅能有效降低各攻角工况的叶型损失,并且拓宽攻角适应性范围。

    Abstract:

    Due to the different curvature characteristics of different forms of parametric curves, the constructed two-dimensional compressor blade geometries are different, which affect the aerodynamic performance of the compressor blades. In this paper, MAN GHH 1-S1 blade profile is selected as the baseline. The redesign cascades are constructed from the camber line using Bezier curve, polynomial curve and the curvature integral curve respectively. Numerical simulations are calculated to discuss the influence of the parameterized curve of the camber line on the performance of the cascades. The research results show that the modified cascade of curvature integration method can effectively reduce the profile loss at various incidences and widen the incidence angle range.
