    摘要:

    目前我国页岩气地面工程建设仍处于初级阶段,其关键地面工程技术不成熟。本文阐明了我国页岩气资源的分布、储量情况及开发特点,探析了我国页岩气地面工程技术的显著特点,综述了集输管网布局优化、集输与处理工艺、生产后期增压工艺、撬装化设备设计以及集输管道内腐蚀防控工艺等方面的研究成果和应用现状。同时也展望了我国页岩气地面工程技术逐步朝标准化设计、模块化建设、数字化运维、一体化集成和工艺技术创新等方向发展的总体趋势。

    Abstract:

    At present, the construction of shale gas ground engineering in China is still in its infancy, and its key ground engineering technology is not mature. This paper clarifies the distribution, reserves and development characteristics of shale gas resources in China, and analyzes the salient features of shale gas ground engineering technology in China. The research results and application status of the optimization of the gathering pipeline network layout, gathering transportation and processing technology, post-pressurization process, skid-mounted equipment design, and corrosion prevention and control technology in gathering pipeline are reviewed. At the same time, it also forecasts the general trend of China shale gas ground engineering technology to gradually develop towards standardized design, modular construction, digital operation and maintenance, integrated integration and process technology innovation.
