    摘要:

    为探索下扬子地区海相沉积地层油气钻探的关键技术,结合皖油地1井的钻井施工情况,讨论了宁国凹陷的复杂情况,特别是易坍塌地层、石膏层和裂隙漏失层交互存在,钻井液密度窗口窄等情况下的施工工艺。通过对本区复杂工况钻井工艺的研究,形成了一套适宜的井壁稳定性控制方法、石膏层钻头泥包处理方法和窄钻井液密度窗口条件下的钻进方法,保障了本井的顺利完井,为该地区的下一步钻井作业提供参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to explore the key technology of oil and gas drilling in Marine sedimentary strata in lower Yangtze area,the drilling technology of well 1 of Wanyoudi is discussed. Especially the interactive existence of collapse prone strata, gypsum layer and fracture leakage layer, and the construction technology under the condition of narrow drilling fluid density window. Through the study of drilling technology under complicated working conditions in this area, a set of suitable wellbore stability control method, gypsum layer bit balling treatment method and drilling method under the condition of narrow drilling fluid density window were formed to ensure the completion of this well. It provides reference for the next drilling operation in this area.
