    本文提出采用RGB相机定点观测水体相对绿度指数(gcc)用以指示藻类生长动态的新方法。于夏、秋、冬三个季节共41天在安徽全椒的两个小型水体(沟渠和池塘)上用RGB相机进行了监测,研究gcc的时空变化特征,分析其影响因素,探讨相机设置、校准和数据处理方法。主要结果为:(1)晴天条件下gcc波动幅度明显大于阴天和多云条件,太阳高度角大于40°时gcc更加稳定,选取正午时段的平均值能有效去除太阳高度角变化带来的干扰。(2)gcc变化序列符合实际藻类的演变动态,可以作为表征水体藻类物候的特征指数。(3)在夏季gcc的平均水平显著高于秋季和冬季。(4)两个水体gcc的范围位于陆地生态系统gcc的变化范围之内。本研究结果能为水体藻类动态监测及相关研究提供技术支撑和数据参考。

    Abstract:

    This paper proposed a new method to observe (gcc) and to indicate the growth dynamics of algae in water bodies using RGB camera. During three campaigns in summer, autumn and winter for totally 41 days, the RGB camera was used to monitor the temporal and spatial variation of gcc in two small water bodies (a ditch and a pond) in Quanjiao, Anhui Province. The influencing factors on gcc was analyzed, and the setting, calibration and data-processing procedures were discussed. The main results are as follows: (1) The variability of gcc under clear sky conditions was higher than those under cloudy and overcast conditions. The variation of gcc with solar altitude higher than 40o was more stable, so the mean value during midday can remove the interruption of solar altitude variation. (2) Time series of gcc was consistent with the evolution of actual algae, so the factor could be used as a feature index to characterize the phenology of algae in water bodies. (3) The average level in summer was significantly higher than that in autumn and winter. (4) The magnitude of gcc in the two water bodies fell in the range of those of terrestrial ecosystems. The study can provide technique support and data reference for monitoring and investigating the algae dynamic in water bodies.
