    摘要:

    根据脑卒中患者的术后康复训练的需求,基于人机工程学原理和康复医学,并根据序列训练法开发设计了一款下肢牵伸装置机械器具。介绍了该康复设备的设计参数的选取,整体的设计思路,并根据序列训练法的要求对各训练单元进行了设计。并对该下肢牵伸康装置的整体和各康复单元进行了设计三维仿真及运动学分析,并结合软件ADAMS进行了运动学仿真验证。并对工程样机进行了临床实验。

    Abstract:

    According to the needs of rehabilitation training for stroke patients after operation, a mechanical device of lower limb stretching device was developed and designed based on ergonomics and rehabilitation medicine, and according to sequence training method. The selection of design parameters and the overall design idea of the rehabilitation equipment are introduced. The training units are designed according to the requirements of the sequential training method. Three-dimensional simulation and kinematics analysis of the whole lower limb stretching device and rehabilitation units were carried out, and kinematics simulation was carried out with software ADAMS. The engineering prototype was tested in clinic.
