    摘要:

    磁性材料的损耗特性的精确模拟对提升电气设备的效率和性能具有重要意义,受到了国内外相关学者的广泛关注。本文基于经典的Steinmetz经验公式,提出了一种改进的损耗模型,该模型充分考虑了频率与损耗之间的关系,将损耗模型的计算参数表示为频率的函数。然后应用该模型对不同激励频率下无取向硅钢片的损耗特性进行了模拟研究。并将模拟结果与实验结果进行了对比分析,验证了该模型的有效性,为无取向硅钢片损耗的精确模拟提供了理论依据。

    Abstract:

    The accurate simulation of the loss characteristics of magnetic materials is of great significance for improving the efficiency and performance of electrical equipment, and has attracted extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad. Based on the classical Steinmetz empirical formula, an improved loss calculation model is proposed. The model considers the relationship between frequency and loss and sets the calculated parameters of the loss model as a function of frequency. Then the model is applied to simulate the loss property of non-oriented silicon steel sheets under different excitation frequencies. The simulation results are compared with the experimental results, and the validity of the model is verified, which provides a theoretical basis for the accurate simulation of the loss of non-oriented silicon steel sheets.
