    为解决飞机成型模具打磨后形成的表面波纹难以检测和分类的问题,本文研究了基于层次聚类算法的复杂曲面表面波纹检测技术。通过中值滤波和小波变换对表面波纹图像进行预处理,有效地消除了表面粗糙度和噪声的影响,采用图像灰度共生矩阵提取了表面波纹的能量、对比度、熵、逆差矩等作为特征参数,并建立层次聚类模型。实验结果表明:该预测模型的分类正确率达到90%,可满足飞机成型模具表面波纹检测要求。通过对比表面波纹实际特征,对层次聚类后的样本进行了分类和定义,并分析各类波纹产生原因,提出并验证了不同类别表面波纹的去除方法和工艺,有效地改善了飞机成型模具的表面质量。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem that it is difficult to detect and classify the surface waviness formed by aircraft molding dies grinding, this paper studied the detection technology of complex curved surface waviness which was based on hierarchical clustering algorithm. The surface waviness image was preprocessed by median filtering and wavelet transform, which effectively eliminated the influence of surface roughness and noise. The energy, contrast, entropy and inverse different moment and so on of surface waviness was extracted by the method of the image gray level co-occurrence matrix as feature parameters, and a hierarchical clustering model was established. The experimental results show that the classification accuracy of the prediction model reaches 90%, which can meet the requirements of surface waviness detection of aircraft molding dies. The hierarchical clustering samples are classified and defined by comparing the actual characteristics of surface waviness. Based on that, the causes of the forming of various waviness are analyzed, and the methods and processes of removing different types of surface waviness are proposed and verified, which effectively improves the surface quality of aircraft molding dies.
