    为了研究三峡库区岩质滑坡离心模拟中粘结材料的渗透性问题,基于正交设计方法,选取不同级配石英砂为骨料,水泥和石膏为黏结剂,设置砂胶比、石英砂级配和水泥石膏比3个控制因素,每个因素4个水平,共计16组实验方案,通过室内试验得到不同配比下粘结材料的渗透系数。试验结果表明:正交试验的实验结果可满足三峡水库大多数岩质滑坡的离心模拟粘结材料所需的渗透系数。采用极差和方差分析法对影响材料渗透性的不同因素进行分析,结果显示影响材料渗透性的因素主要是砂胶比,石英砂级配次之,水泥石膏比的影响不明显。研究结果可为后续三峡库区离心模拟粘结材料的选取提供理论依据和实践经验。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the permeability of bonding materials in the centrifugal simulation of rock landslides in the Three Gorges reservoir area, based on the orthogonal design method, different grades of quartz sand were selected as aggregates, cement and gypsum were used as binders, and sand-to-rubber ratio and quartz sand grade were set. Compared with cement gypsum, there are 3 control factors, 4 factors per factor, a total of 16 experimental schemes, and the permeability coefficient of the bonding materials under different ratios is obtained through laboratory tests. The test results show that the experimental results of the orthogonal test can meet the permeability coefficient required for the physical simulation of the bond materials of most landslides in the Three Gorges Reservoir. The difference factors and variance analysis were used to analyze the different factors affecting the permeability of the material. The results showed that the factors affecting the permeability of the material were mainly the sand-to-gel ratio, followed by the quartz sand grade, and the cement-gypsum ratio was not obvious. The research results can provide theoretical basis and practical experience for the selection of the centrifugal simulation bonding materials in the Three Gorges reservoir area.
