    摘要:

    钢渣作为炼钢过程中一种重要的副产品,其产量大、利用率低,大部分钢渣的堆存不仅占用了土地,还污染了环境,浪费了资源。因此,钢渣的资源化处理越来越受到重视。本文对国内外钢渣的一次处理技术进行了综述,对每种钢渣处理工艺技术条件以及优缺点进行了描述和点评。鉴于钢渣辊压破碎-余热有压热闷技术在解决钢渣的后续处理和资源化利用、环境影响等方面的优越性,该钢渣处理工艺可能会成为未来一个时期钢渣一次处理的主要工艺技术。

    Abstract:

    As an important by-product of steelmaking process, steel slag has a large amount and low utilization rate. The most accumulation of steel slag not only occupies land, but also pollutes environment and wastes resources. Therefore, the recycling of steel slag has received more and more attention. In this work, the primary treatment technologies of steel slag are reviewed at home and abroad. The technical conditions, advantages and disadvantages of every steel slag treatment process are described and reviewed. In view of the superiority of the steel slag roll crushing-remaining hot pressing process in solving the subsequent treatment, resource utilization and environmental impact of the steel slag, the steel slag treatment process may become the main process for the primary treatment of steel slag in a future period.
