    为研究既有农宅如何将外围护改造与被动式改造相结合,提升农宅太阳能的利用效率,本文以石河子郊区某既有农宅为例,分析农宅合理的外围护改造方案,研究农宅南墙被动式设计的最佳方案。通过改造前后的室内热环境的实验测试表明:采用本文提出的外围护结构改造和南墙被动式改造方案,改造后的室内温度相比改造前,提升温度可达10.9 ℃。供暖初期,农宅改造后的耗煤量降低至改造前的34.86%,被动式供热降低了11.85%的供暖能耗。被动式改造后的农宅具有明显的节能效果,所需维持室内温度的辅助热量大幅降低,为本地区其他农村住宅被动式改造提供了改造方案和运行经验。

    Abstract:

    A new building reform constituted with envelope structure reform and passive design have been developed. The program aimed to improve the utilization efficiency of solar energy in rural houses. An existing rural house in Shihezi suburb was taken as an example to analyze the reasonable scheme of exterior envelope reform of the rural house and to study the best scheme of passive design of south wall of the rural house. As a result, Indoor thermal environment before and after the reform show that the indoor temperature after the renovation can reach 10.9 ℃ compared with that before the renovation by adopting the proposed scheme of the outer envelope structure renovation and the passive renovation of the South wall. In the initial stage of heating, the coal consumption of the rural house, which was after the renovation, had been reduced to 34.86% of that before the renovation, and the contribution of passive heat supply was 11.85%. The passive renovation of rural house has obvious energy-saving effect, and the auxiliary heat needed to maintain indoor temperature is greatly reduced, which provides renovation scheme and operation experience for other rural residential passive renovation in Xinjiang.
