Aiming at the optimization and selection of urban bus routes, the evaluation index system of urban bus network operation efficiency is established. Based on the principle of fuzzy mathematics and the characteristics of urban bus network and its synergy with metro, the evaluation indexes of infrastructure construction index, service quality index, operation benefit level index and the synergy index were established, and the system of operation efficiency of bus network was established. Taking Qingdao west coast new district as an example, this paper evaluates the bus routes of Qingdao west coast new district by applying the data collected by the real bus company, and obtains satisfactory results.
