    摘要:

    针对某V型柴油发动机,对其进行了机体模型的简化与主轴承座的强度分析。首先使用区域抑止的模型简化方法,提出一套针对柴油机机体模型的简化方案,对机体模型上复杂的区域进行简化,以获取相应的简化模型。然后,在Abaqus软件中对柴油机机体原模型与简化模型通过施加相同的边界条件与载荷进行主轴承座的结构强度有限元分析,以获取相应的应力应变数据。对比原模型与简化模型的机体与主轴承盖的最大主应力和主轴承孔变形的情况下,获得误差在5%以内的简化模型。

    Abstract:

    For a V-type diesel engine, the simplification of the body model and the strength analysis of the main bearing housing were carried out. Firstly, using the model suppression method of regional suppression, a simplified scheme for the diesel engine body model is proposed, and the complex area on the body model is simplified to obtain the corresponding simplified model. Then, in the Abaqus software, the finite element analysis of the structural strength of the main bearing housing is performed on the original model and the simplified model of the diesel engine body by applying the same boundary conditions and loads to obtain the corresponding stress and strain data. Compared with the maximum principal stress of the body and the main bearing cover and the deformation of the main bearing hole of the original model , the simplified model is obtained with an error of less than 5%.
