    摘要:

    为解决常规叶轮机非定常数值模拟的高耗时问题,本文引入谐波平衡方法并发展了对应的隐式迭代算法,实现了高效的叶轮机非定常数值模拟。在此基础之上,以某对转风扇为研究对象,考察了谐波平衡方法在叶轮机非定常数值模拟中的应用。通过与常规的时域非定常计算结果对比,发现谐波平衡法精确的捕捉到了对转风扇的排间干扰信息,能够很好的刻画出上游尾迹在下游叶片通道中的传播过程,且采用3个谐波数即可满足大多数的工程应用要求。

    Abstract:

    In order to solve the problem of the high time-consuming of the conventional unsteady numerical simulation of turbomachinery, this article achieves the high efficient unsteady numerical calculation of turbomachinery by the Harmonic Balance Method and developing the corresponding implicit iterative algorithm. Then taking a counter-rotating fan as the research object, the application of harmonic balance method in unsteady numerical simulation of turbomachinery is investigated. By comparing the flowfield of the time-domain unsteady calculation, it is found that harmonic balance method can capture the row-to-row unsteady disturbance accurately and describe the process of wake transportation in the downstream blade passage well, and three harmonic waves is enough for most engineering applications.
