    摘要:

    为有效控制装配式构件生产成本,进而降低装配式建筑建造总成本,分析了预制构件生产特点,建立了以最小化生产成本为目标的预制构件生产调度优化模型,设计了求解该模型的改进差分进化算法。通过实例应用验证了模型可行性,并将其运行性能与遗传算法进行对比,验证了该算法有效性。由此可见,通过优化构件生产调度,可有效降低构件生产成本及建造总成本。

    Abstract:

    In order to control the production cost of fabricated components effectively, thereby reducing the total cost of fabricated building construction, through analyzing the production characteristics of prefabricated components, the production scheduling optimization model of prefabricated components with the goal of minimizing production cost is established, and the model is solved by improved differential evolution algorithm. Finally, the feasibility of the model is verified by an example analysis, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by the comparison of genetic algorithm. It is concluded that by optimizing the component production scheduling, the component production cost and the total construction cost can be effectively reduced.
