    摘要:

    为研究精细化延时控制爆破对中夹岩柱稳定性的影响,采用SHPB试验、现场振速及声速监测,研究了其振速、累计损伤的变化规律。研究表明:随着冲击次数的增加,灰岩的峰值应力逐渐降低,相反,峰值应变随之逐渐增大;灰岩产生裂纹的试验损伤阈值在0.202~0.531范围内,理论损伤阈值在0.486~0.673范围内;灰岩失去承载力的试验损伤阈值大于0.531,理论损伤阈值大于0.673;与掌子面距离最近测点最大振速为7.193cm/s,距离掌子面9m处监测断面累积损伤最大为0.078,第1次损伤增量最大为0.0384,损伤增量随着爆破次数的增加越来越小,第4次爆破引起损伤增量仅为0.0012,损伤增量与振速具有良好的幂函数相关性,说明爆破对9m及以外中夹岩柱影响较小。

    Abstract:

    In order to study the influence of fine time-delay controlled blasting on the stability of the middle rock, the SHPB test, vibration velocity monitoring and sound velocity monitoring were used to test the variation rules of vibration velocity and cumulative damage. The results showed that with the increase of impact times, the peak stress of limestone decreasesed gradually, whereas the peak strain increasesed gradually. The experimental damage threshold of limestone crack was within the range of 0.202~0.531, and the theoretical damage threshold was within the range of 0.486~0.673. The test damage threshold of limestone losing bearing capacity was greater than 0.531, and the theoretical damage threshold was greater than 0.673. The maximum vibration velocity of the nearest measuring point was 7.193cm·s-1, and the maximum cumulative damage of the Monitoring section was 0.078. The maximum of the 1st damage increment was 0.038 4, and the damage increment decreasesed with the increase of the blasting times, the damage increment caused by the 4th blasting was only 0.001 2. The damage increment performed good power function correlation with the vibration velocity, and the blasting had little effect on the middle rock at 9 m and beyond.
