Abstract:Heavy metal pollution has become an urgent problem of agricultural environment and agricultural product safety. Research on detection method for heavy metal ions is crucial to the prevention and control of heavy metal pollution. In this paper, conventional methods for the detection of heavy metal ions, such as electrochemical test, optical test and biological assays, were reviewed in terms of their principle, advantages and disadvantages and research process. Meanwhile, some new detection technologies were introduced, including hyperspectral remote sensing technology, terahertz time domain spectroscopy, resonance light scattering technique and nanotechnology. Finally, the conventional and new detection methods were compared and analyzed, and on this basis a new possible detection scheme of heavy metal isotopes was proposed and the development direction of heavy metal detection technology was prospected.
