    温度作用对石灰岩性能的影响在液化天然气储存、核工程建设、地下煤气及地热资源开发等工程中均有涉及,为了研究石灰岩在不同温度环境下的热学及力学性能,通过自主研发的力-温度同步施加试验装置,对石灰岩进行了从常温至高温300℃以及从常温至低温-165℃的变温加载耦合试验。通过原位补偿方法,将温度与力引起的应变输出分离,进而得到石灰岩的线膨胀系数(CLTE)及其随温度的变化规律。通过加载试验,建立不同温度下的应力-应变关系曲线,进而得到石灰岩的弹性模量随温度的变化规律。试验结果表明:温度从0℃降温到-165℃时,石灰岩的线膨胀系数平均下降了86%,弹性模量下降了10%。当温度从30℃到300℃时,石灰岩的线膨胀系数平均提高了58%,弹性模量则增加了60%。

    Abstract:

    The effect of temperature on the property of limestone is involved in the field of LNG storage, nuclear engineering construction, underground gas and geothermal resource development. Thus, thermal and mechanical properties of limestone affected by temperature were needed to be studied. By using the self-developed force-temperature synchronous loading test chambers, the experiments were carried on regarding limestone subjected to coupling effect of temperature changing and loading from room temperature to high temperature of 300℃ and to low temperature of -165℃. The temperature and force-induced strain output were separated by the in-situ compensation method. Therefore, the coefficient of linear thermal expansion (CLTE) of limestone and its variation trend with temperature were obtained. The stress-strain relationship curves at different temperatures were established through the loading test, from which the variation of the elastic modulus of limestone with temperature was obtained. The results show that: When the temperature cooling from 0℃ to -165℃, the linear expansion coefficient of limestone gradually decreases by an average of 86%, and its elastic modulus decreases by 10% compared with 0℃. When the temperature is elevating from 30 ℃ to 300 ℃, the linear expansion coefficient of limestone increases by an average of 58%. And the elastic modulus decreases significantly with dropping by 60 % .
