    摘要:

    为保证氩氧精炼低碳铬铁这一极为复杂过程的稳定性不受到外界不可测扰动的影响,且进一步提高动态响应能力。本文通过融合了内模控制方法与专家控制系统,研究了基于专家内模的氩氧精炼低碳铬铁的碳含量终点控制系统。结果表明这一系统能够实现内模控制器中滤波时间常数的自动调节。可见在系统稳定性得到保障的同时,系统的动态响应获得了进一步提高。

    Abstract:

    In order to ensure the stability of argon-oxygen refining low carbon ferrochromium, which is a very complex process, is not affected by the external unmeasurable disturbance, and further improve the dynamic response ability. In this paper, the end-point control system of carbon content in argon-oxygen refining of low carbon ferrochromium is studied by integrating internal model control method and expert control system. The results show that the system can automatically adjust the filter time constant in IMC. It can be seen that while the stability of the system is guaranteed, the dynamic response of the system is further improved.
