元坝气田超深层高含硫气井硫沉积预测

    准确预测高含硫气井井筒硫沉积规律与沉积位置,避免管道堵塞、腐蚀穿孔等影响气井正常生产,无疑具有重要的意义。本文深入硫沉积机理研究,结合元坝气田元素硫的溶解度含量实验,建立硫溶解度预测模型;基于瞬时热传导、能量守恒定律以及多相流理论,分别建立了超深高含硫气井温度场和压力场数学模型;进行多场耦合求解,获得超深高含硫气井井筒元素硫沉积预测模型,并对元坝气田气井进行了实例分析。研究结果表明:元素硫溶解度随温度、压力的增加而增大;建立的井筒温度压力模型计算的压力误差小于1%,温度误差小于5%,精度较高;元素硫溶解度在井筒内呈非线性递减,井底最大,井口最小。研究成果不但可用于预测井筒硫溶解度分布以及硫析出井段,还可用于同类型气井井筒多相流压力计算,为含硫气井安全稳定生产奠定基础。

    Abstract:

    It is of great significance to accurately predict the sulfur deposition laws and location in wellbore of high sulfur gas wells. It can avoid pipeline blockage, corrosion perforation and other factors affecting gas well production. The mechanism of sulphur deposition is deeply studied. Based on the experiment of elemental sulfur solubility in Yuanba gas field, the prediction model of sulfur solubility is established. Based on the instantaneous heat conduction, the law of energy conservation and the theory of multiphase flow, the mathematical models of temperature and pressure in ultra-deep and high sulfur gas wells are established, and the multi-field coupling solution is carried out to obtain the prediction model of sulfur deposition in ultra-deep and high sulphur gas wellbore, an example of Yuanba gas well is analyzed. The results show that the higher temperature and pressure in wellbore, the greater the solubility of elemental sulfur, It is high calculate precision of the model of temperature and pressure in wellbore, the pressure error is less than 1% and the temperature error is less than 5%. the solubility of elemental sulfur decreases nonlinearly in the wellbore, with the largest bottom hole and the smallest wellhead. The research results will be used not only to predict the distribution of sulfur solubility in wellbore and sulfur precipitation section, but also to calculate the pressure of multiphase flow in the same type of gas wellbore, and lay the foundation for safe and stable production of gas wells.
