    英买XX区块奥陶系油藏属于碳酸盐岩油藏,主要采用裸眼完井,生产过程中,井壁垮塌及地层出砂导致电泵/抽油泵频繁卡泵和磨损,检泵周期短,影响正常生产。前期采用泵挂筛管进行防砂,防砂效果差。针对该区块井壁垮塌、砂样非均质性严重、细粉砂及泥质含量高的出砂特点,首次提出超深碳酸盐岩油井复合防砂技术对策,利用树脂砂再造人工井壁防止地层垮塌,同时井筒悬挂两级防砂筛管,形成二次挡砂屏障。结合井况条件及砂样特点,优选金属环切缝防砂筛管、DS动态自洁防砂筛管、SHR-HP封隔器等防砂工具,并且确定出合理的施工参数和防砂参数。该技术在英买XX区块探索性应用3口井,施工成功率100%,增产效果明显,防砂效果较好,起到增产-防砂双重效果,为该类油藏防砂提供了借鉴作用。

    Abstract:

    The Ordovician in Yingmai-XX area belongs to carbonate reservoir. Open hole completion is mainly completion methods. In the production process, the well wall collapse and sand production cause frequent stuck pump and wear of the electric pump/pump, and the pump inspection period is short, which affects the normal production. In the early stage, pump hanging screen was used for sand control, and the sand control effect was poor. In view of the characteristics of well wall collapse, serious sand sample heterogeneity and high content of fine silt and argillaceous in this area, this paper puts forward for the first time the composite sand control technology countermeasures of ultra-deep carbonate well. In combination with advantage and characteristics of sand samples, metal ring sand control screen, metal wool screen, SHR-HP packer were chosen, and reasonable construction parameters and sand control parameters were determined. The exploratory application of this technology in Yingmai-XX area in 3 Wells, the construction success rate is 100%, the stimulation effect is obvious, sand control effect is good, have the dual effect of stimulation and sand control, provides a reference for this kind of reservoir sand control.
