    摘要:

    水产养殖品作为人体所需动物蛋白的重要来源,其食品安全一直广受人们关注。本文以水产养殖品为研究对象,采用GS1-128条形码标准,PBFT共识算法,hyperledger智能合约链码,设计开发了分层次多用户的水产养殖品质量追溯系统,利用Linux环境予以部署实现,系统提供了质量信息上链、追溯查询等功能,有效解决了食品质量信息的不透明,信息可篡改的问题。使消费者能够信任食品信息,同时出现食品安全问题时能够快速溯源追责,保障水产养殖品食用安全。

    Abstract:

    Aquaculture products is an important source of animal protein for human body, and its safety has been widely concerned. In this paper, we design and develop a hierarchical and multi-user aquaculture product quality traceability system by applying gs1-128 bar code standard, PBFT consensus algorithm and hyperledger intelligent contract chain code, and the system is deployed and implemented in Linux environment. The system can provide some functions such as save quality information and traceability query, which can solve the problem of food quality information being opaque and tamable. Thus, consumers will trust food information, and they can quickly trace the source to ensure the safety of aquaculture products when food safety problems arise.
