    常规暗通道先验的图像去雾算法中,大气光值求取不准确易造成复原图像产生色偏现象,而图像边缘位置暗通道值计算偏差会导致图像出现光晕效应。首先,在分析有雾图像天空区域灰度均值和方差特征基础上,基于二分搜索思想改进大气光值估计算法,可获得更为准确的大气光值;其次,提出一种改进的暗通道值计算方法,依据最小值图和暗通道图的灰度差,获取自适应阈值,确定景深变化剧烈的图像边缘位置并进行灰度值修正。对算法效果进行了主观和客观评价,结果表明本文方法能够有效去除复原图像光晕效应,纠正色偏,提高对比度,同时保留更多的细节信息。

    Abstract:

    In classic dark channel prior image defogging algorithm, the inaccurate calculation of atmospheric light value is apt to cause color deviation, and the deviation of dark channel value in image edge position will lead to halo effect in the restored image. In this paper, by analyzing the gray values’ mean and variance characteristics of sky regions in foggy images, a novel atmospheric light value estimation algorithm based on dichotomy search is adopted. It can obtain more accurate atmospheric light value quickly. An improved method for calculating dark channel values is presented in this paper. First, according to the gray difference between the minimum image and the dark channel image, the adaptive threshold is obtained. Next, the edge position of the image with drastic change in depth of field is determined and the gray value is corrected. The subjective and objective evaluation of the method’ implementation effects are done and the results show that it can effectively remove the halo effect , correct the color deviation, improve the contrast, and retain more context details in the restored image.
