Abstract:A high-efficiency broadcast encryption is constructed for the situation of high users’ keys storage overhead and high computational overhead in broadcast encryption. On the basis of MHO09 scheme, a trusted third party is introduced to share computing tasks, so that all users in the system can broadcast, and it greatly improves encryption efficiency of users. The length of the scheme parameters and private keys that users need to preserve is constant, the broadcaster can dynamically adjust the authorization set and users does not need to update their private key. The new scheme also satisfies collusion resistant properties and IND-CCA2 security. By comparing and analyzing with other schemes, the experimental simulation results show that the new scheme is more efficient, which is more suitable for resource-constrained devices such as mobile devices or PDA.
