    摘要:

    为实现在役机械通风冷却塔循环水蒸发损失深度回收,提出了有限空间型冷却塔(CSCT)概念,设计了机械通风CSCT冷凝消雾收水装置结构模型,并建立了装置设计数学模型。构建了装置设计软件流程,基于C++ Builder耦合水物性数据库开发了机械通风冷却塔凝消雾收水装置设计计算软件,实现了机械通风冷却塔冷凝消雾和水深度回收,并通过软件仿真计算实例预测了CSCT冷凝除雾收水装置性能和完成装置阻力优化。研究结果为在役机械通风CSCT冷凝消雾收水装置技术开发设计提供了理论基础和工具性软件支持。

    Abstract:

    In order to realize the deep recovery of circulating water evaporation loss in in-service mechanical ventilation cooling tower, the concept of Confined Space Cooling Tower(CSCT) was proposed. And designed the structural model of CSCT condensation and anti-fog water collecting device, and established the mathematical model of condensation and anti-fog water collecting device design. The device design software flow was constructed. Based on the C++ Builder water property database, the design and calculation software of the mechanical ventilation cooling tower condensing and fogging water collecting device was developed, and realized the mechanical ventilation cooling tower condensation and anti-fog and water depth recovery, and the software simulation calculation example was realized. And predicted the CSCT condensation and anti-fog water collecting device performance and realized device resistance optimization. The research results provide theoretical basis and instrumental software support for the development and design of CSCT condensation and anti-fog water collecting device for in-service mechanical ventilation.
