    摘要:

    为了提高油菜秸秆和造纸污泥两种废弃物的能源化利用效率,对掺入造纸污泥的油菜秸秆进行冷压成型,从污泥含量、成型压力、含水率和秸秆粒径四个方面对新型油菜秸秆成型燃料的物理性能进行测试,并以抗压强度作为衡量指标。通过单因素分析确定因素试验范围,再利用响应面法对试验结果进行分析。结果表明因素的影响主次顺序为成型压力>含水率>秸秆粒径>污泥含量,新型油菜秸秆成型燃料的最佳成型工艺参数是:污泥含量25%,成型压力80kN,含水率15%,秸秆粒径<1mm,这样可使成型燃料的抗压强度达到0.206kN。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the energy utilization efficiency of rapeseed straw and paper sludge, the rapeseed straw mixed with paper sludge was cold-formed. The physical properties of the new type of rape straw press process fuel were tested from sludge content, molding pressure, water content and straw particle size which was measured by compressive strength. The factor test range was determined by single factor analysis, and the test results were analyzed by the response surface method. The results show that the order of influence is that molding pressure>water content>stalk particle size>sludge content. The optimum molding process parameters of the new type of rape straw press process fuel are: sludge content is 25%, molding pressure is 80kN, moisture content is 15% and stalk particle size is <1 mm, so that the compressive strength of the molding fuel can reach 0.206 kN.
