Abstract:The purpose of this study is to study the team situation awareness of the flight crew during flight. A method of measuring flight crew’s team situation awareness based on mutual belief model was built, the experiments were designed based on simulated flight experiment platform, individual situation awareness(SA), team mutual awareness (TMA)and team mutual belief(TMB)of the flight crew were measured by pause measurement, and their safety performance was measured by expert scoring method.The results show that there is no significant difference in ISA between high and low performance groups, and the correlation coefficient between safety performance and ISA is 0.402, which is low correlation.However, there are significant differences between TMA and TMB in high and low performance groups. The correlation coefficient between safety performance and TMA,TMB is 0.676 and 0.742respectively, which are both moderately correlated.Taking communication and information integrity as independent variables and ISA,TMA and TMB dependent variables as independent variables, the main effects of communication and information integrity are significant, but the interaction between them is not significant.In addition to improving the individual SA of pilots, it is more important to improve the team situation awareness by effectively communicating the pilots and ensuring the integrity of flight data, increasing the level of mutual cognition of the crew members, and improving the team situation awareness.
