    摘要:

    有功功率自动控制是光伏并网安全性评价的重要内容。文章对大型并网光伏电站有功功率控制策略进行分析,针对江苏电网新能源消纳特点设立考虑有功功率变化的自由发电模式;对有功功率控制能力试验相关标准进行研究,给出各项指标测试方法,利用江苏某光伏电站进行实测验证;通过有功设定值控制试验过程中遇到的问题分析,得到不同可用发电功率测算方式的优缺点及适用场景。

    Abstract:

    Automatic active power control is an important content of photovoltaic plant grid-connection safety evaluation. Active power control strategies of large scale grid-connected photovoltaic plant are analyzed and free generation mode is proposed according to the characteristic of new energy power accommodation in Jiangsu province, in which power change limitation is considered. Experimental methods are studied according to the relevant standards and measured date of one photovoltaic plant is employed to verify the control ability. The reason of the faults appeared in the experiment process is found according to the theoretical analysis and advantages and disadvantages of different power calculation methods as well as application scenarios are also presented in this paper.
