Abstract:In order to explore the influence of inverted arch on improving the stress and deformation conditions of highway tunnel design. In this paper, a three-lane tunnel with grade IV2 surrounding rock is taken as the research object. With the help of FLAC3D finite difference software and Hoek-Brown yield criterion, a new supporting scheme is analyzed to replace inverted arch.Combined with the typical tunnel section of Chicheng Expressway, the axial force of anchor bolt, the initial lining pressure and the contact pressure between the second lining and the initial lining were monitored. Based on the analysis of field monitoring data and numerical simulation, this paper points out the condition of replacing inverted arch under the condition of IV2 grade surrounding rock and proves the overall stability of the tunnel under the new support system. The research results can provide reference and guidance for other similar projects.
