    摘要:

    为加强电池组的管理与保护以及减少电池组各单体参数之间的差异,本文研究设计了一套基于STM32F103VET6的电池管理系统,并提出在电阻耗能法的基础上结合能量转移思想对电池组进行均衡管理。运用MATLAB/Simulink工具建立了锂电池模型并对电池所采用的均衡方案进行了仿真分析,仿真结果表明:采用改进的均衡方案电压偏差明显减小,单体之间的电压逐渐趋近到一个固定的值。此外通过18650锂电池对电池管理系统进行了均衡实验测试,求出了均衡前后电压的期望值和方差值,经过对比分析,进一步验证了电池管理系统电压均衡的有效性。

    Abstract:

    In order to strengthen the management and protection of the battery pack and to reduce the difference between the parameters of the battery pack, a set of battery management system based on S-TM32F103VET6 is designed and proposed. Based on the resistance energy dissipation method and the idea of energy transfer, Group for balanced management.The model of lithium battery was established by using MATLAB / Simulink tool and the equilibrium scheme of the battery was simulated. The si-mulation results show that the voltage deviation is obviously reduced with the improved equalization sc-heme and the voltage between the cells gradually approaches a fixed The value of. In addition, the 18650 lithium battery was used to test the battery management system, and the expected and the vari-ance of the voltage before and after the equilibrium were calculated. After comparison and analysis,the validity of the battery management system voltage balance was further verified.
