    本文通过给地板施加不同的加速度作为边界条件的方法,研究了加速度上升斜率、峰值、持续时间与小腿损伤之间的关系。首先建立了整车有限元模型,并通过整车爆炸试验验证了模型的准确性。然后验证了利用简化模型研究乘员小腿损伤的可行性,并探究了可以精确仿真小腿损伤的最简边界条件。最后通过改变加速度参数研究了加速度对小腿损伤的影响。结果表明,最简边界条件为至少获得乘员脚部和座椅安装点的加速度值;加速度的持续时间和峰值对乘员小腿损伤的影响较大。本文对整车爆炸试验操作与设计防护车辆底部结构有一定的指导意义。

    Abstract:

    By applying different acceleration boundary conditions to the floor, this paper studied the relationship between acceleration rising slope, peak value, duration and tibia injury. By comparing the vehicle explosion simulation with the experiment, an accurate simulation model is established. Then the feasibility of using the simplified model to study the tibia injury is verified, and the simplest boundary condition that can accurately simulate the tibia injury is explored. Finally, the effect of acceleration on the tibia injury is studied by changing the acceleration parameters. The results show that the simplest boundary conditions for the accurate simulation of the tibia damage are the acceleration values that at least include the occupant"s feet points and the seat installation points; the duration and peak of acceleration have great influence on the tibia damage. This paper has certain significance for the test operation and the design of the bottom structure of the protective vehicle.
