    摘要:

    随着新环保法的实施以及人们对环境的日益重视,钻井液不落地在环境脆弱区块已成为钻井的必要条件,钻井液与岩屑需要分开处理, 钻井液进行性能维护后直接回用, 或处理成清水后回用;这对钻井液体系提出了更高的要求。为了解决固液分离率低、难于降解等问题,对钻井液处理剂及加量进行优选,最终形成了环保型可回收钻井液体系。室内试验结果表明,120℃/3.5MPa条件下的高温高压滤失量是11ml, 24h沉降后上下层密度差仅为0.0113 g/cm3,岩屑回收率为96.87%,润滑系数为0.15。环保型可回收钻井液的环保性能较好, BOD、COD值较低,易生物降解,EC50≥36000mg/L,满足排放限制标准。研究结果表明,环保型可回收钻井液体系的流变性、稳定性、抗污染性、润滑性、抑制性和环保性能良好,可满足钻进需求及环保要求。

    Abstract:

    With the implementation of the new environmental law and the increasing emphasis on the environment, Swithout landingSdrilling fluid technology has become a necessary condition for drilling in the fragile environment block, Drilling fluid and cuttings need to be treated separately, drilling fluid need reused after maintenance or treated into water. which puts forward higher requirements for drilling fluid system.In order to solve the problem of low solid-liquid separation rate and difficult to degrade, the drilling fluid treatment agent and dosage are optimized, and finally the environment protection drilling fluid system is formed. The laboratory test showed that the filtration loss at high temperature and high pressure at 120 /3.5MPa was 11ml, and the density difference between the upper and lower layers was only 0.0113 g/cm3 after the sedimentation of 24h. The recovery of cuttings was 96.87% and the coefficient of lubrication was 0.15. Environmental friendly environmental performance recovery of drilling fluid is good, BOD, low COD value, easy degradation, EC50 ≥ 36000mg / L, which meet the emission limit standards. The results show that the environmental protection recoverable drilling fluid system has good rheology, stability, pollution resistance, lubricity, inhibition and environmental protection performance. which can meet the requirements of drilling and environmental protection.
